What we collect

We may collect the following data: name, email, billing address, shipping address, demographic information, competition results or other information relevant to our service, merchandise sales, surveys or offers.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service.

Non-member visitors interacting via Intercom – we use the information you provide to answer questions and help you make purchasing decisions. If you provide your email address or other personal data, but choose not to subscribe to our service, your information will be deleted after 9 months. Your information can be deleted sooner upon request.

We retain some competition results and all athlete test result forms in case we want evaluate athlete progress or trends across plans. Upon request, we can remove your name and email from competition results or test results.

Merchandise survey forms that are used to fulfill orders of t-shirts or other merchandise are maintained as proof of order fulfillment and to plan for future orders. We delete this information after 1 year.

We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail regarding new products, special offers, feedback on our products and services or for market research.

Reviewing or updating your information

If you have an active account, you can review and update your name, address and other data in the My Account page.

If you have canceled your account, please contact us via the Intercom button or email info@thetrainingplan.co to determine whether your information we have on file needs to be updated or can be deleted (subject to exemptions provided by the GDPR).

Content on this website cannot be reproduced without permission, on any public or private forum. We reserve the right to suspend access at any time if there is evidence of such a breach.

Usernames and passwords may not be shared with other people without express consent by us. We reserve the right to cancel your account without refund if account sharing is detected.

The user may cancel a monthly or quarterly membership at any time. Access will continue until the end of that payment period, and a part-refund for the period will not be granted. There is no cancellation option available for the annual membership option. Only in exceptional circumstances will this membership be put on hold for a month at a time, such as a medical certificate to indicate that the athlete is unable to train. We reserve the right to determine this on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to cancel the membership of any athlete identified as using banned substances. Our commitment is to drug-free sport, helping athletes who choose to get better and compete fairly. We will not work with athletes whose actions go against our values and the values of our sport.
