We have been part of the evolution of competitive fitness since 2009. In the past eight years, we have seen the growth of our athletes and their abilities as they have broken the barriers of what was thought possible. From participating in their first competitions to conquering the podium at the CrossFit Games (Annie Thorisdottir, Fittest Woman on Earth 2011-2012, 2nd 2010 and 2014, Björgvin Karl Gudmundsson, 3rd 2015 and Sara Sigmundsdottir, 3rd 2015), our passion has always been about the journey of the athletes we’ve worked with.
We are driven by curiosity and The Training Plan itself is an experiment to uncover the principles and the best practices to take you from where you are to further than you ever thought was possible.
