What is The Training Plan?
We have been part of the evolution of competitive fitness since 2009. In the past eight years, we have seen the growth of our athletes as they have broken the barriers of what was thought possible. From participating in their first competitions to conquering the podium at the CrossFit Games (Annie Thorisdottir, Fittest Woman on Earth 2011-2012, 2nd 2010 and 2014, 3rd 2017, Björgvin Karl Gudmundsson, 3rd 2015, Sara Sigmundsdottir, 3rd 2015 and Ricky Garard, 3rd 2017), our passion has always been about the journey of the athletes we work with.
We are driven by curiosity and The Training Plan itself is an experiment to uncover the principles and to refine the methods to take you from where you are to further than you ever thought was possible. We know what it takes to excel in our sport and understand the struggles you face daily in your pursuit to becoming the athlete you want to be.
Having a great plan is a good start but how you follow the plan is what makes the difference. We will help you to train better, prepare better and create the habits that drive your results.
