A3. Jerk footwork drills, 5-10 minutes, focus on correct receiving position / footwork

B. CnJ, Daily max, 2 Waves, Max total lifts 12 @80%+1RM

For time – Ladder 10 to 1 of:
Deadlift 1.5xBW
Push press 0.75xBW
Squat clean 0.75xBW
– If you have a lifting belt, it might be a good move to use it.
